NexLaunch Referral Program

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The NexLaunch Referral Program is open to individuals who have an existing account with NexLaunch and have successfully referred a new client to NexLaunch through the official referral process. 1.2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of NexLaunch are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

2. Referral Process:
2.1. To participate, the referrer (hereafter referred to as “You”) must complete the designated referral form available on the Referral Program Page, providing accurate details about themselves and the referred individual.
2.2. NexLaunch will send a personalized referral email to the referred individual on your behalf, introducing them to NexLaunch’s services.
2.3. In order to qualify for the referral payment, NexLaunch must receive accurate and complete information about the referred individual, including their name, contact details, and the nature of their interest in NexLaunch’s services.

3. Referral Payment:
3.1. If the referred individual becomes a paying client of NexLaunch and meets the eligibility criteria, you will be eligible for a referral payment according to the tiered referral system outlined below:

Tier 1: You’ll be rewarded with a $500 USD Visa gift card or, if you’re an existing client, you’ll receive credit. This reward applies to projects after the initial payment is made by the new client, typically within 45 days. This referral reward is one time per new referral.

Tier 2: You’ll earn 8% of the retainer value in the form of a gift card or, for existing clients, credit. This reward is applicable to projects exceeding $10,000, following the first payment made by the new client, usually within 45 days. (Example: Retainer value is $10,000, the referral reward is $800 one time.) This referral reward is one time per new referral.

3.2. Referral payments will be processed in accordance with the payment schedule and methods specified on the Referral Program Page.
3.3. Payments will be made in the form of NexLaunch service credits or other forms as determined by NexLaunch.
3.4. NexLaunch reserves the right to adjust the referral payment terms and amounts at its discretion.

4. Eligibility of Referred Clients:
4.1. Referred clients must be new customers to NexLaunch and must not have an existing account or prior engagement with NexLaunch.
4.2. Referred clients must meet all eligibility criteria and successfully sign up for and pay for NexLaunch services.

5. Program Modifications and Termination:
5.1. NexLaunch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
5.2. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to false referrals, may result in the disqualification of the referring participant and the referred individual from the program.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:
6.1. The information provided by you and your referred individuals will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Referral Program.
6.2. By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to NexLaunch’s collection, use, and processing of personal data as outlined in NexLaunch’s Privacy Policy.

7. General Terms:
7.1. The Referral Program is void where prohibited by law.
7.2. NexLaunch’s decisions regarding the Referral Program, including eligibility and reward distribution, are final and binding.

By participating in the NexLaunch Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. NexLaunch reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating in the program.
