We Worked With The Jeunesse Team To Build Production House From Zero
The 2020 Pandemic had just started and in person events had completely stopped. We had to work as a team to develop an interactive way to engage with distributors around the world in less than 30 days. Leveraging new streaming technologies and making it available in multiple languages while everyone was remote or at home was part of the challenge.
Director of Experiential Marketing & Events Katie Jones, Global Events Digital Marketing Strategist Chris Ojeda and the Team worked together to build a team of video & audio engineers as well as producers, show callers, interpreters and streaming engineers that would help us achieve this goal. The team built a virtual studio where anyone could login remotely. We tested platforms and different tools and ended up using IBM streaming video platform and hosting services to build this channel. This same setup would be used to stream a hybrid event in over 106 countries, 20 languages simultaneously and win a Gold Globee Award for Jeunesse, then be able to recreate it for each region and their languages.

Whether hybrid or in person, we simplified simultaneous interpretation. On a weekly basis we streamed on Zoom and IBM with multiple audio tracks for the multi-language audience.

With ManyChat for Facebook & Instagram we increased customer satisfaction and traffic to the right places. Returning or new customers can interact in different languages, ask questions, learn more about Jeunesse, and purchase products by following the chatbot prompts.
Customers can get help 24/7, offering instant assistance with the use of AI-powered chatbots that get better with every customer interaction. Providing the right answer in their language helped save hundreds of hours a month. We built an extensive database that would direct them to the right place to talk to the right people.

Chris spearheaded the launch of Jeunesse’s global streaming channel, utilizing cutting-edge streaming technology. As a team we formulated a precise strategy to navigate the complexities of global streaming within a remote working environment, enabling simultaneous interpretation in over 20 languages and over 120+ countries.
